“The room was clean, not so much the courtyard. We had expired milk in the fridge, which was replaced on request. A continental breakfast was advertised. I feel a few packets of cereal, a couple of slices of bread with jam & a small cup of juice doesn’t really constitute a continental breakfast.”

“We stayed in room 10 aircon didn’t work properly. Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Reception came to look fiddled around with it, didn’t help. We went back and told them, they said we can’t change rooms, even though it wasn’t booked out. The milk in the room was off and out of date. They have a leak in the bathroom, floor was alway wet. Would never stay here again. ”

“A beautiful home away from home, George couldn’t have been more accomodating and friendly, we felt ever so welcome and our city Kelpie X dog was where he should have always been bought up, in his element. The pub does a great meal and whilst in the beautiful country, there is so much nearby, great food, lovely country shops and many things to see. This is where we will go when we need to step back from it all and be reminded about what’s important. Thank you George, we will be back and...
